Zachary Kons, BS
Zach is a medical student completing a research fellowship with the Brain Modulation Lab. He attended UC Davis (B.S., Neurobiology, 2012) before entering the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, where he began working with two of Dr. Richardson's former mentors, Rich Costanzo, PhD, and Bill Broaddus, MD, PhD. His work in the lab involves iEEG signal processing, mapping smell and taste responses in the human brain, and clinical epilepsy studies. Zach facilitates a number of projects relevant to training in academic functional neurosurgery.
